Hannes overseas the daily production of 20,000 plus meals at Gate Gourmet Shanghai. Its client list include some of the best known airlines such as Lufthansa, Swissair, Emirates Airlines, British Airways, China Airlines and more. His team of local chefs come from various places in China and he invests considerable time to train and shape their career so they can also take off and have a great future on their horizon. Hannes came to China for the first time in 2006 and gained his working experience in China in Urumqi, Beijing, Shenyang and now Shanghai.
